True Sport Activation and Integration Plan
Along with the Canadian Centre for Ethics in Sport and the True Sport Foundation, the Secretariat was a key contributor to the development of a True Sport Activation/Integration Plan for 2008-09. The purpose of the plan, which was developed by the social marketing company E.Y.E., was to assist all three leading groups identified above in focusing its resources and energies in order to create more synergy and maximize the impact of efforts for the current year. While this plan facilitated the objectives of intentionality and collaboration, it also allowed for the identification of key messages, which was an identified need of the members of the Steering Committee.
