Evaluation of the True Sport Strategy
Over the past six years the True Sport Strategy, through the work of the Steering Committee, has taken on a variety of roles in shaping and guiding the Strategy’s work. At the same time much has changed in the sport community during this period. Healthy organizations and programs seek to evaluate their relevance and effectiveness within a dynamic operating environment. Therefore, The True Sport Strategy is currently in the midst of an extensive and transparent evaluation process with outcomes that will guide future decisions on how best to increase the effectiveness of the True Sport Strategy. It is anticipated that the Evaluation of True Sport Strategy will be completed by mid December 2008. The True Sport Strategy continues to be a major contributor to Canada’s True Sport Movement.
